Our office is open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
To make your initial appointment as successful as possible, please bring the following items with you:
- Your surgical referral slip.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- Dr. Krochmal welcomes self-referred patients.
